Curcumin Preparation method for a homogeneous solution formed includilng solubilized Curcumin

The present invention aims to provide a novel manufacturing method that increases the bioavailability of curcumin and thus is effective, comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing with detergent (S1); dissolving curcumin mixed with the detergent in ethanol (S2); and adding the ethanol solution manufactured in the above step to an aqueous solution containing a solubilizer consisting of one or more of the alkaline amino acids lysine, arginine, and histidine or a combination thereof (S3). 본 발명은 Curcumin의 생체이용율을 높이므로 효과를 발휘하도록하는 제조방법의 새로운 수단을 제공하는데 있는 발명으로, 디터전트와 균일하게 혼합하는 단계(S1); 상기 디터전트가 혼합된 컬커민(Curcumin)을 에탄올에 넣어 녹이는 단계(S2); 및 상기 단계에서 제조된 에탄올용액을 알칼리성 아미노산인 Lysine, Arginine, Histidine 중 어느 하나 이상 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 가용화제가 포함된 수용액에 첨가하는 단계(S3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
