Additionally, according to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a paint composition using recycled waste concrete can be provided. The paint composition includes: waste concrete fine powder; binders; distilled water; and pigments. 본 발명에 따르면, 폐콘크리트를 재활용하여 이산화탄소 흡착능을 갖는 페인트 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따르면, 폐콘크리트 재활용 페인트 조성물을 제조하는 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
