Zusammenfassung:One embodiment of the present invention relates to a boron compound in which specific nitrogen is replaced with oxygen or sulfur and an organic light-emitting device containing the same, and more specifically, to a boron compound, which moves short wavelength due to a shortened conjugation length through a chemical structure in which oxygen or sulfur, which has higher electronegativity than nitrogen, is located around boron in a multi-resonant delayed fluorescence structure containing diboron, and can realize a deep blue wavelength with improved delayed fluorescence characteristics along with narrow half-width characteristics, and an organic light emitting device comprising the same. 본 발명의 일 실시예는 특정 질소가 산소 또는 황으로 치환된 보론 화합물 및 이를 포함하는 유기발광소자에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다이 보론을 포함하는 다중 공명 형태의 지연 형광 구조에서 질소보다 전기 음성도가 큰 산소 또는 황을 보론 주변에 위치시킨 화학구조를 통하여, 짧아진 컨쥬게이션 길이로 인해 단파장을 이동시키며 좁은 반치폭 특성과 함께 지연 형광 특성이 개선된 진청색 파장 구현이 가능한 보론 화합물 및 이를 포함하는 유기발광소자에 관한 것이다.
