Zusammenfassung: | According to the present invention, a transport device for a semiconductor device comprises: a running portion having a pair of running wheels which move along a pair of running rails provided at an upper part of a semiconductor manufacturing line; a receiving portion supported by the running portion at a lower part of the running rails and formed to accommodate a semiconductor device; and a pair of tires each surrounding the running wheels and having inner surfaces facing each other and outer surfaces opposing the inner surfaces. In addition, each of the pair of tires includes a tread portion in contact with the running rail, and the tread portion has an outer cross-sectional shape defined by a first arc having a first curvature and a second arc having a second curvature. Moreover, a contact point in which the first arc and the second arc meet is located at a point closer to the inner surface than the outer surface. Accordingly, the tires can move stably even when the running rails extend in a curved direction and the occurrence of wear can be significantly reduced.
