More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for separating luterion by using a filter having pores with a specific size, luterion having specific characteristics isolated by the method, and a culture method for proliferating the same. 본 발명은 미토콘드리아 유사 미세물질인 루테리온, 이 의 분리방법 및 배양방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 특정 크기의 공극을 가지는 필터를 이용하여 루테리온을 분리하는 방법, 이러한 방법에 의해 분리된 특정 특성을 가지는 루테리온 및 이를 증식시키 는 배양방법에 관한 것이다.
