Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a device for producing lithium sulfide comprises: a reaction chamber having a reaction space for producing lithium sulfide and moving a supplied lithium raw material along a predetermined direction; a lithium raw material supply portion continuously supplying the lithium raw material to a upstream side of the reaction chamber in the predetermined direction; a hydrogen sulfide supply portion supplying hydrogen sulfide to the reaction chamber; a heating portion heating the reaction space; a lithium sulfide recovery portion provided on a downstream side of the reaction chamber in the predetermined direction and recovering lithium sulfide produced by a reaction between the hydrogen sulfide and the lithium raw material in the reaction chamber; an inert gas supply portion supplying an inert gas to the upstream side of the reaction chamber in the predetermined direction; and a moisture removal portion provided on the downstream side of the reaction chamber in the predetermined direction to recover the gas discharged from the reaction chamber, removing water vapor from the gas, and then supplying the gas back to the upstream side of the reaction chamber in the predetermined direction. The hydrogen sulfide supply portion is a hydrogen sulfide reactor which is provided separately from the hydrogen sulfide reaction chamber, and includes a mixing device provided to synthesize hydrogen sulfide by mixing hydrogen gas and liquid sulfur recovered from the hydrogen sulfide reaction chamber and then supply the hydrogen sulfide into the liquid sulfur contained in the hydrogen sulfide reaction chamber. Accordingly, high quality lithium sulfide can be manufactured in large quantities with high purity and high yield. 본 발명에 따른 황화리튬 제조 장치는, 황화리튬을 생성하기 위한 반응 공간을 가지며, 공급받은 리튬 원료를 소정 방향을 따라 이동시키도록 구비된 반응 챔버; 반응 챔버에서 소정 방향의 상류측에 리튬 원료를 연속적으로 공급하도록 구비된 리튬 원료 공급부; 반응 챔버에 황화수소를 공급하도록 구비된 황화수소 공급부; 반응 공간을 가열하도록 구비된 가열부; 반응 챔버에서 소정 방향의 하류측에 마련되고, 반응 챔버 내에서 황화수소와 리튬 원료 간 반응으로 생성된 황화리튬을 회수하도록 구비된 황화리튬 회수부; 반응 챔버에서 소정 방향의 상류측에 불활성기체를 공급하도록 구비된 불활성기체 공급부; 및 반응 챔버에서 소정 방향의 하류측에 마련되어 반응 챔버로부터 배출되는 기체를 회수하고, 기체로부터 수증기를 제거한 후 기체를 반응 챔버의 소정 방향의 상류측에 다시 공급하도록 구비된 수분 제거부를 포함하고, 황화수소 공급부는, 황화수소 반응 챔버와 별도로 마련되고, 수소 가스와 황화수소 반응 챔버로부터 회수된 액체 유황을 혼합하여 황화수소를 합성한 후, 황화수소 반응 챔버에 수용된 액체 유황 내에 공급하도록 마련된 혼합 장치를 포함하는 황화수소 반응기이다.
