Zusammenfassung:	A mobility service device receives a call for vehicle assignment from a user terminal, determines a vehicle to be assigned to the user terminal, determines a premium rate to be applied to a fare based on expected waiting time of the user terminal if predetermined conditions are met, and transmits an assignment acceptance request including information related to the premium rate to the user terminal. 모빌리티 서비스 장치가 사용자 단말로부터 차량 배정을 위한 호출을 수신하고, 사용자 단말로 배정할 차량을 결정하고, 소정 조건을 만족하는 경우 사용자 단말의 예상 대기 시간에 기초해서 요금에 적용될 할증율을 결정하고, 할증율과 관련된 정보를 포함하는 배정 수락 요청을 사용자 단말로 전달한다.
