Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a carbon film deposited on a separator for a fuel cell, wherein the carbon film has a structure in which crystalline graphite is doped inside a matrix of amorphous carbon, so the surface is smooth and is excellent in durability even under stress generated in a process of stacking and coupling unit cells of a fuel cell. Thus, the corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and excellent performance of the fuel cell can be maintained even during a long-term use by depositing the carbon film of the present invention on a separator for a fuel cell.
본 발명은 연료전지용 분리판에 증착되는 탄소막에 관한 것으로써, 탄소막은 비정질 카본의 매트릭스 내부에 결정성 흑연이 도핑된 구조를 가져 표면이 평활하여 연료전지의 단위 셀을 적층 및 체결하는 과정에서 발생하는 응력에도 내구성이 우수하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 탄소막을 연료전지용 분리판에 증착하면 연료전지의 내부식성, 전기전도성 및 장기 사용에도 우수한 성능을 유지할 수 있다. |
