Zusammenfassung:A drug carrier containing RGD ligand and magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) on the surface of the present invention has excellent permeability to fibrotic tissue around pancreatic cancer cells, and attaches RGD ligand and MNP to the surface to specifically deliver drugs to pancreatic cancer cells and tissues, thereby being able to exhibit excellent effects of preventing and treating pancreatic cancer. Therefore, a pharmaceutical composition containing the same can be used for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. 본 발명의 표면상에 RGD 리간드 및 자성 나노입자(MNP)를 포함하는 약물전달체는 췌장암 세포 주변의 섬유화된 조직 투과성이 우수하며, RGD 리간드 및 MNP를 표면에 부착하여 췌장암 세포 및 조직에 특이적으로 약물을 전달할 수 있어 췌장암에 대한 우수한 예방 및 치료 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 바, 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 췌장암 치료제 등에 이용될 수 있다.
