The present invention relates to a lead tab manufacturing apparatus. The lead tab manufacturing apparatus of the present invention comprises: an electrode supply part that supplies electrodes for fuel cells; a film attachment part for attaching a film to the electrode supplied by the electrode supply part; an electrode leading part that moves the electrode to which the film is attached by the film attachment part in a process progress direction; an electrode fixing part that restrains the movement of the electrode when the electrode leading part moves in the direction opposite to the process progress direction; and an electrode cutting part that cuts the electrode fixed by the electrode fixing part to a set length.
