Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a method for recovering valuable metals from a waste lithium secondary battery, including the steps of: preparing a waste lithium secondary battery; reducing and heat-treating the waste lithium secondary battery; and leaching the reduced and heat-treated reactant with water to separate the same into a residue and a leachate, wherein the leachate includes lithium, manganese, and other impurities, and the residue includes nickel, cobalt, and other impurities.
