Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a system for learning NPC-type AI firefighters of virtual firefighting training content and a method thereof. The system for learning NPC-type AI firefighters of virtual firefighting training content according to the present invention includes: a map information component part that configures virtual map information according to a scenario in firefighting virtual training content; an AI firefighter learning part that learns the behavior of NPC-type AI firefighters using the virtual map information; and a virtual training provision part that provides training situation information to the trainer using the learning results of the AI firefighter learning part. 본 발명은 소방 가상훈련 콘텐츠의 NPC형 AI 소방관 학습 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 소방 가상훈련 콘텐츠의 NPC형 AI 소방관 학습 시스템은 소방 가상훈련 콘텐츠에 시나리오에 따른 가상의 맵 정보를 구성하는 맵 정보 구성부와, 가상의 맵 정보를 이용하여 NPC형 AI 소방관의 행동을 학습하는 AI 소방관 학습부 및 AI 소방관 학습부의 학습 결과를 이용하여 훈련자에게 훈련 상황 정보를 제공하는 가상훈련 제공부를 포함한다.
