Zusammenfassung:The present invention has an effect of improving the solubility of yttrium nitrate by including urea during hydrothermal synthesis of yttria using an aqueous glycerin solution, and by optimizing the distilled water content of the glycerin aqueous solution, the hydrothermal synthesis effect of yttria and the spheroidization and size of yttria particles are improved. Therefore, by using the method for producing the yttria powder using the glycerin aqueous solution of the present invention, it is possibl to manufacture the yttria powder that is a cubic phase with excellent sinterability, is spherical, and has an average particle size of nanometers (nm). 본 발명은 글리세린 수용액을 이용한 이트리아의 수열합성시 요소를 포함하여 질산이트륨의 용해도를 향상시킨 효과가 있으며; 상기 글리세린 수용액의 증류수 함량을 최적화하여 이트리아의 수열합성 효과, 이트리아 입자의 구형화 및 크기를 향상시킨 효과가 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 글리세린 수용액을 이용한 이트리아 분말의 제조방법을 이용하면 소결성이 우수하여 입방정상(cubic phase)이며, 구형이며, 평균입자크기가 나노미터(nm) 사이즈인 이트리아 분말을 제조 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
