Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a process for preparing a plant-derived gene fragment mixture which isolates genes such as polydeoxyribonucleotide (DNA) or polyribonucleotide (RNA) from soft tissues of a plant, thereby providing a cell activation effect and a composition containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for isolating genes, such as DNA or RNA, from soft plant tissues such as a flower, especially an upper flower part of broccoli and activating an adenosine A2 receptor from the obtained plant-derived gene mixture, to obtain the plant-derived gene fragment mixture. The present invention also relates to cosmetics, medical devices, and a pharmaceutical composition which contain the gene fragment mixture as a cell active substance.
본 발명은 식물의 부드러운 조직으로부터 DNA(폴리데옥시리보뉴클레오타이드) 또는 RNA(폴리리보뉴클레오타이드)와 같은 유전자를 분리하여 세포활성 효과가 있는 식물유래 유전자 절편 혼합물을 제조하는 방법과 이를 함유하는 조성물(composition)에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 꽃, 특히 브로콜리의 상부 꽃부위와 같은 부드러운 식물 조직에서 DNA 또는 RNA와 같은 유전자를 분리하고, 이러한 얻어진 식물 유래 유전자 혼합물로부터 아데노신 A2 수용체를 활성화시키는 유전자 절편 혼합물을 제조하는 방법과 이러한 유전자 절편 혼합물을 세포활성 물질로서 함유하는 화장품, 의료기기 또는 의약 조성물에 대한 것이다. |
