The purpose of the present invention is to provide an X-ray apparatus for inspecting the inside of an article, which is installed on a transport path of an article and can inspect the inside of the article from X-ray images of different positions of the article. The present invention relates to an X-ray apparatus for inspecting the inside of an article.
