Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a spray device capable of improving the cooling efficiency of a heat exchanger, and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having the same. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises: a case with at least one side open; a heat exchanger provided to be exposed to the opening of the case; and a spray device provided in the case to cool the heat exchanger. The spray device includes: a water collection unit provided to receive water; and a spray unit provided to spray water and mist supplied from the water collection unit onto the surface of the heat exchanger. 열교환기의 냉각 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 분사장치 및 이를 갖는 공기조화기의 실외기가 개시된다. 공기조화기의 실외기는, 적어도 일면이 개구된 케이스, 케이스의 개구에 노출되도록 마련되는 열교환기 및 열교환기를 냉각시키도록 케이스에 마련되는 분사장치를 포함하고, 분사장치는, 물을 수용하도록 마련되는 집수부와, 집수부로부터 공급받은 물 및 미스트를 열교환기의 표면으로 분사하도록 마련되는 분사부를 포함한다.
