Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an inlet pipe for a grouting packer. The present invention can simply and repeatedly manufacture inlet pipes for grouting packers made of steel with reinforced strength compared to zinc-based products while having significantly lower price than that of brass products by applying a series of processes such as forging a prepared steel bar using a heading machine. The method of manufacturing inlet pipes for a grouting packer comprises: a steel rod preparation step; a steel rod difference processing step; a tube connection additional processing step; a rotation connection additional processing step; an injection hole processing step; a thread processing step; and a cutting ring groove processing step. 본 발명은 그라우팅 패커용 유입관의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 스틸 재질의 준비된 스틸봉을 헤딩머신(Heading Machine)에 의한 단조 가공 등을 통한 일련의 과정이 적용됨으로써 황동 재질 제품에 비해 제품 단가가 현격히 저렴하면서도 아연 재질 제품에 비해 강도가 보강된 스틸 재질의 그라우팅 패커용 유입관을 간단하게 반복하여 제작할 수 있는 것이다.
