봉지 시트

본 발명은, 경화성의 봉지제층을 갖는 봉지 시트로서, 이하의 요건 (I), 요건 (II), 및 요건 (III) 을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지 시트이다. 요건 (I) : 상기 봉지제층이, 유리 전이 온도 (Tg) 가 90 ℃ 이상인 페녹시 수지를 함유한다. 요건 (II) : 상기 봉지제층이, 지환식 골격 및 고리형 에테르기를 갖는 화합물을 1 종 또는 2 종 이상 함유한다. 요건 (III) : 상기 봉지제층의 경화물의, 23 ℃, 주파수 100 kHz 에 있어서의 비유전률이 3.5 이하이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 저유전 특성을 갖고, 또한 투명성이 우수한 경화물이 되는 봉지제층을 갖는 봉지 시트가 제공된다.
