Grill for grilling

The present invention provides a grill for grilling which, when a grilling target material is put on and heated for cooking by being supported by a grilling plate support surface of a main body which is put on a grill while being held, guides oil generated from the grilling target material to the boundary, not directly to a charcoal or gas flame of heating sources, to gather the oil to an oil sump groove formed on the boundary of the main body, thereby preventing the phenomenon of the grilling target material not cooking well due to the oil generated from the grilling target material and, in a worse case, preventing accidents during grilling. An oil guide groove is formed to be located between each flame port on the grilling plate support surface of the main body, wherein each oil guide groove has a shape concavely-curved in a downward direction in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction while having a length from one side to the other side; a cover piece is formed to be located between each heat transfer hole on a grilling surface of a grilling plate supported by the grilling plate support surface of the main body, wherein each cover piece has a shape convexly-curved in an upward direction in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction while having a length from one side to the other side; and while the grilling plate is supported by the grilling plate support surface of the main body, both ends of each cover piece of the grilling plate in the width direction are located on a direct upper part of each oil guide groove of the grilling plate support surface, and accordingly, each cover piece of the grilling plate covers each flame port of a grilling plate support piece and at the same time, each heat transfer hole of the grilling plate is located on an upper part between each oil sump groove of the grilling plate support piece. 본 발명은 구이기기에 거치상태로 올려지는 본체의 구이판 지지면에 지지되어 실제 구이대상물이 올려져 가열 조리될 때 구이대상물에서 발생된 기름이 가열원인 숯불이나 가스불로 직접 떨어지지 않고 가장자리로 원활하게 안내되어 상기 본체의 가장자리에 형성된 기름받이홈으로 모이도록 함에 따라 상기 구이대상물에서 발생된 기름으로 인해 구이대상물이 잘 구어지지 않거나 심할 경우 구이과정에서 안전사고가 발생되는 일이 없도록 한 것으로, 본체의 구이판 지지면에는 각 화공 사이에 위치되도록 기름안내홈이 형성되되, 상기 각 기름안내홈은 일측에서 타측으로 길이를 가지면서 길이방향과 직교되는 폭방향으로는 하방으로 오목하게 만곡진 형태를 이루고, 상기 본체의 구이판 지지면에 지지된 구이판의 구이면에는 각 열전달공 사이에 위치되도록 커버편이 형성되되, 상기 각 커버편은 일측에서 타측으로 길이를 가지면서 길이방향과 직교되는 폭방향으로는 상방으로 볼록하게 만곡진 형태를 이루며, 상기 본체의 구이판 지지면에 구이판이 지지된 상태에서는 상기 구이판의 각 커버편 폭방향 양단은 상기 구이판 지지면의 각 기름안내홈의 직상부에 위치되도록 함에 따라 상기 구이판의 각 커버편이 상기 구이판 지지편의 각 화공을
