Zusammenfassung:	The invention includes: a plurality cameras which capture vehicles located in each direction of an intersection; a plurality of traffic lights outputting traffic signals in each direction of the intersection; and a server which calculates the number of waiting vehicles for each entry lane located in each direction of the intersection based on images captured through the plurality of cameras, and sets a display time of traffic signals output through a plurality of traffic lights based on the number of waiting vehicles in each entry lane located in each direction of the intersection. According to the present invention, traffic congestion can be alleviated by adaptively changing the display time of traffic lights located at intersections according to traffic conditions. 본 발명은 교차로의 각 방향에 위치한 차량을 촬영하는 복수의 카메라, 교차로의 각 방향으로 교통 신호를 출력하는 복수의 신호등, 및 복수의 카메라를 통해 촬영되는 영상에 기반하여 교차로의 각 방향에 위치한 진입 차선별 대기 차량의 수를 산출하고, 교차로의 각 방향에 위치한 진입 차선별 대기 차량의 수에 기반하여 복수의 신호등을 통해 출력되는 교통 신호의 현시 시간을 설정하는 서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
