Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a transformer for an OBC of an electric vehicle. An OBC (10) of an electric vehicle charging commercial AC power (220V AC) supplied from a charger with a high voltage battery (30) of the electric vehicle comprises: a housing (110) which has an insertion space (Sa) formed therein; a cover (120) opening and closing the insertion space (Sa) of the housing (110); a plate-shaped primary-side coil (130) which is embedded in the insertion space (Sa) of the housing (110) and receives power from a charger of the electric vehicle; and a plurality of plate-shaped secondary-side coils (140) which outputs induced currents, generated by electromagnetic induction independently from the primary-side coil (130), respectively, to the high voltage battery. According to the present invention, the size is reduced, and the product productivity is improved, such that a price competitiveness of products can be improved. 본 발명은 전기자동차의 OBC용 변압기에 관한 것으로, 충전기에서 공급되는 상용교류전력(220V AC)을 전기자동차의 고전압 배터리(30)로 충전하는 전기자동차의 OBC(10)에 있어서, 장입공간(Sa)이 형성되어 있는 하우징(110)과, 하우징(110)의 장입공간(Sa)을 개폐하는 덮개(120)와, 하우징(110)의 장입공간(Sa)에 내장되고, 전기자동차의 충전기 측의 전력을 공급받는 평판형의 1차측 코일(130)과, 하우징(110)의 장입공간(Sa)에 내장되고, 1차측 코일(130)로부터 각각 독립적으로 자계유도에 의해서 유도전류가 생성되어서 고전압 배터리로 출력하는 평판형의 복수의 2차측 코일(140)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 이에 의하면 사이즈를 줄이며 제품 생산성을 향상시켜서 제품의 가격 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 이점이 있다.
