Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an ice making apparatus having a structure in which an ice making finger cap and a refrigerant distribution tube are integrated. The ice making apparatus includes: a refrigerant distribution tube base in which a plurality of ice making finger caps protrude downward at regular intervals to be integrally molded; a refrigerant distribution tube top plate coupled to an upper part of the refrigerant distribution tube to constitute a refrigerant distribution tube with the base; a refrigerant guide plate inserted into the finger caps to divide an internal space and guide a refrigerant when the refrigerant is flowing in the ice making finger caps; a refrigerant inlet fitting for introducing the refrigerant into the refrigerant distribution tube; and a refrigerant outlet fitting from which the refrigerant circulated in the refrigerant distribution tube can be discharged. Therefore, the structure in which the ice making finger caps and the refrigerant distribution tube are integrated, can eliminate the need for welding to attach an individual finger cap to the refrigerant distribution tube, thereby having a uniform quality, and also, a flat top plate is welded and assembled with the structure in which the ice making finger caps and the refrigerant distribution tube are integrated, thereby having an effect of developing ice making apparatuses of various standards at a low cost.
본 발명은 제빙 핑거캡과 냉매유통관이 일체형 구조를 갖는 제빙장치에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 제빙 핑거캡이 일정간격으로 하향 돌출되어 일체로 성형된 냉매유통관 베이스와, 상기 냉매유통관 베이스의 상부에 결합되어 상기 베이스와 함께 냉매유통관을 구성하는 냉매유통관 상판과, 상기 핑거캡 내부에 삽입되어 내부 공간을 구획하고 냉매가 상기 제빙 핑거캡 내부를 유동할 때 가이드하기 위한 냉매 가이드판과, 상기 냉매유통관에 냉매를 유입시키기 위한 냉매입구피팅과, 상기 냉매유통관에서 순환된 냉매가 배출되는 냉매출구피팅을 포함함으로써, 제빙 핑거캡과 냉매유통관이 일체형 구조로 이루어지어 개별 핑거캡을 냉매유통관에 각각 붙이는 용접이 없으므로 품질이 균일하고, 제빙 핑거캡이 냉매유통관과 일체로 성형된 구조에 평면의 상판이 용접 조립되어 다양한 규격의 제빙장치를 저렴한 비용으로 개발할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
