Zusammenfassung: | According to the present invention, electrode slurry is manufactured by adding carbon nanotubes or carbon nanofibers to spherical catalysts. In this way, when an electrode is manufactured using the electrode slurry to which the carbon nanotubes or the carbon nanofibers are added, the carbon nanotubes or the carbon nanofibers maintain a structure within the electrode, thereby preventing spherical catalysts from clumping together and improving the dispersibility of the spherical catalysts. Therefore, electrode conditions can be stabilized without pinholes or cracks occurring in the electrode.
본 발명은 구형 촉매에 탄소나노튜브 또는 탄소나노섬유를 첨가하여 전극 슬러리를 제조한다. 이와 같이 탄소나노튜브 또는 탄소나노섬유가 첨가된 전극 슬러리로 전극을 제조하면, 탄소나노튜브 또는 탄소나노섬유가 전극 내에서 구조를 잡아주어 구형 촉매들이 서로 뭉치지 않고 구형 촉매의 분산성이 향상된다. 따라서 전극에 핀홀이나 갈라짐이 발생하지 않고 전극 상태가 안정화될 수 있다. |
