Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of muscle disease containing black raspberry extract or BLB301 (a complex extract of black raspberry and Phlomis umbrosa) as an active ingredient, and a food composition for the prevention or alleviation of muscle disease. The composition can be effectively used for preventing, treating or alleviating various diseases, such as suppressing the decrease in grip strength, increasing the weight of muscle tissues, promoting the synthesis of muscle proteins, suppressing the decomposition of muscle proteins, and promoting differentiation of muscle cells. 본 발명은 암렉사녹스 및 이를 포함하는 태반 기능 장애를 비롯한 고위험 임신 및 모체감염 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 LPS를 처리한 인간 영양막 세포주 및 임산한 마우스에서 NLRP3 인플라마좀 활성화에 대한 본래 알레르기용 비염의 치료제인 암렉사녹스에 의한TBK1 억제가 갖는 잠재효과를 최초로 조사하였다. 즉, 암렉사녹스가 태반 기능 장애와 모체감염 개선 및 치료에 우수한 효과를 가진다.
