Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an electrostatic sorting device, which is configured to separate conductive chips, which are metals, from insulating chips, which are plastics, using static electricity. In a main body (10), an upper sorting means (20) and a lower sorting means (30) are vertically arranged in stages. The upper sorting means (20) includes a primary drum (21), a primary corona electrode (22), and a primary induction electrode (23). The lower sorting means (30) includes a secondary drum (31), a secondary corona electrode (32), and a secondary induction electrode (33). Mixed raw materials are supplied to the primary drum (21) through a vibration feeder (40) mounted on the main body (10). A primary sorting chute (50) is disposed between the primary drum (21) and the secondary drum (31). The primary sorting chute (50) includes a conductive chute (51), an intermediate chute (52), and an insulating chute (53). The intermediate chute (52) is disposed between the conductive chute (51) and the insulating chute (53). The secondary drum (31) is disposed at a lower part of the intermediate chute (52). A secondary sorting bin (60) is disposed at a lower part of the secondary drum (31). The secondary sorting bin (60) includes a conductive sorting bin (61), an intermediate sorting bin (62), and an insulating sorting bin (63).According to the present invention, a placement position of a corona electrode and a placement position of an induction electrode can be adjusted, such that a sorting rate can be increased.
본 발명은 금속류인 도전성 칩과 플라스틱류인 절연체 칩을 정전기를 이용하여 분리하는 정전기 선별기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 정전기 선별기는 본체(10)의 내부에 상부 선별수단(20)과 하부 선별수단(30)이 상하 2단으로 배치되며, 상부 선별수단(20)이 1차 드럼(21), 1차 코로나 전극(22) 및 1차 유도전극(23)으로 구성되고, 하부 선별수단(30)이 2차 드럼(31), 2차 코로나 전극(32) 및 2차 유도전극(33)으로 구성되며, 본체(10)에 장착된 진동피더(40)를 통해 혼합 원료가 1차 드럼(21)으로 공급되고, 1차 드럼(21)과 2차 드럼(31) 사이에 1차 선별 슈트(50)가 배치되며, 1차 선별 슈트(50)가 도전체 슈트(51), 중간 슈트(52) 및 절연체 슈트(53)로 구성되고, 도전체 슈트(51)와 절연체 슈트(53) 사이에 중간 슈트(52)가 배치되며, 중간 슈트(52)의 하부에 2차 드럼(31)이 배치되고, 2차 드럼(31)의 하부에 2차 선별통(60)이 배치되어, 2차 선별통(60)이 도전체 선별통(61), 중간 선별통(62) 및 절연체 선별통(63)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
