Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a single domain VHH antibody, comprising a step of injecting flagellin along with an antigen into camelid animals in a step of immunizing the camelid animals in order to manufacture the single domain VHH antibody for preventing or treating shrimp premature death syndrome, wherein the method can selectively increase the production of antigen-specific IgG_2 and IgG_3 among various antibodies. 본 발명은 새우 조기 폐사 증후군의 예방 또는 치료용 단일 도메인 VHH 항체를 제조하기 위하여 낙타과 동물을 면역화 시키는 단계에서 항원과 함께 플라젤린(flagellin)을 낙타과 동물에 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 도메인 VHH 항체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법은 다양한 항체들 중 항원특이적인 IgG2 및 IgG3의 생성을 선택적으로 증가시킬 수 있다.
