The smart pen is equipped with: a body part; a pen nib part disposed at one end of the body part; and a light emitting part supported by the body part and light-emitting a light, wherein the pen nib part comprises a pen tip extending in one direction, a pen tip support part that supports the pen tip, and a reflective part disposed on one surface of the pen tip support part and having a predetermined curvature, and the light emitting part is tilted at a predetermined angle relative to one direction. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing a recognition rate of a code pattern and code information of a display panel.
