Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating sleep disorders comprising a leaf extract of Hemerocallis fulva L., fractions thereof, or a compound isolated therefrom. The leaf extract of Hemerocallis fulva L. of the present invention has excellent DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity to be effective in the prevention, treatment or improvement of inflammatory diseases or the like and have excellent functions of the inducement of sleep and the prevention, treatment, or improvement treatment of sleep disorders. In addition, the leaf extract of Hemerocallis fulva L., the fractions thereof, and the compound isolated therefrom according to the present invention are derived from natural products, thereby being safely used for the prevention, treatment, and improvement of inflammatory diseases without side effects. 본 발명은 유효성분을 포함하는 원추리 잎 추출물, 이의 분획물 또는 이로부터 분리된 화합물을 포함하는 수면 장애 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 원추리 잎 추출물은 DPPH radical 소거활성 및 ABTS radical 소거활성이 우수하여 염증성 질환 등에 예방, 치료 또는 개선 효과가 존재하며 수면유도 및 수면장애 예방, 치료 또는 개선 치료 기능이 뛰어나다. 또한, 본 발명의 원추리 잎 추출물, 이의 분획물 및 이로부터 분리한 화합물은 천연물로부터 유래한 것이므로, 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료 및 개선에 부작용 없이 안전하게 사용할 수 있다.
