Bun stuffing filling apparatus and dumpling manufacturing system

Disclosed are a dumpling stuffing filling apparatus and an automatic dumpling manufacturing system including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the dumpling stuffing filling apparatus comprises: a dumpling stuffing storage and supply hopper for storing and supplying a dumpling stuffing to be supplied to a plurality of dumpling skins; a dumpling stuffing supply rotor unit disposed on one side of the dumpling stuffing storage and supply hopper to supply a predetermined amount of the dumpling stuffing supplied from the dumpling stuffing storage and supply hopper; a plurality of dumpling skin delivery units having one side connected to the dumpling stuffing supply rotor unit so as to deliver the predetermined amount of the dumpling stuffing supplied from the dumpling stuffing supply rotor unit; and a dumpling stuffing discharge unit disposed adjacent to the dumpling stuffing supply rotor unit and connected to the other side of the dumpling stuffing delivery unit so as to discharge the dumpling stuffing delivered from the dumpling stuffing delivery unit toward the dumpling skin in a non-contact manner.
