Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a metallic bellows pipe with an end expansion part formed on one end of a corrugation part and a forming method of the metallic bellows pipe which, to form the end expansion part, inserts a forming ring with an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of a mountain part into a pipe to be processed after forming a corrugation part to arrange the forming ring between a first mold and a second mold, adjusts the distance between the first mold and the second mold to form a bulging part between the first mold and the second mold by applying water pressure to the pipe to be processed, and allows the first and second molds to press the side of the bulging part to form an end expansion part with the same size as the inner diameter of the forming ring. An objective of the present invention is to provide a metallic bellows pipe which can connect the end expansion part to a pipe without connecting connection flanges by welding. According to the present invention, the metallic bellows pipe has a plurality of corrugation parts (11) including mountain parts (11a) and valley parts (11b). An end expansion part (12) with the same diameter (D1) as the mountain part (11a) and a relatively wider width (W2) than the width (W1) of the mountain part (11a) is formed on one end of the corrugation part (11). A flange part (13) with the same diameter (d2) as the valley part (11b) is formed on the other end of the corrugation part (11). 본 발명은 주름부의 어느 한 단부에 말단 확관부가 형성되는 금속재 벨로우즈관 및 상기 말단 확관부를 성형하기 위해, 주름부를 성형한 후, 산부의 외경과 같은 내경을 가진 성형링을 피가공 파이프에 끼워, 상기 성형링을 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형 사이에 배치하고, 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형의 간격을 조정함으로써, 피가공 파이프에 수압을 가해 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형 사이에 벌징부를 형성하고, 벌징부의 측부를 제 1 및 제 2 금형이 가압하여 성형링의 내경과 같은 크기의 말단 확관부를 성형하는 금속재 벨로우즈관 성형방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 금속재 벨로우즈관은 산부(11a)와 골부(11b)를 포함하는 다수개의 주름부(11)가 형성되고, 주름부(11)의 일단에 산부(11a)와 같은 직경(D1)을 가지며 산부(11a)의 폭(W1)에 비해 상대적으로 넓은 폭(W2)을 갖는 말단 확관부(12)가 형성되고, 주름부(11)의 타단에 골부(11b)와 같은 직경(d2)을 가진 플랜지부(13)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
