Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention are a welding ring for pipe joining and a pipe welding method using the same. The disclosed pipe welding method using the welding ring for pipe joining includes a plate-shaped welding ring which is placed between two corresponding pipes for joining, contacts the weld faces of the pipes respectively, and joins the pipes by melting through the heating of a welding torch. The pipe welding method using the welding ring for pipe joining comprises: a welding ring contact step of placing the welding ring between a first pipe and a second pipe for mutual joining; a centering step of aligning the centers of the welding ring and the first pipe and the second pipe and supporting the welding ring by bringing the first pipe and the second pipe into close contact with the welding ring; and a welding step of heating the welding ring using the welding torch.
본 발명은 배관 접합용 용접링 및 이를 이용한 배관용접 방법을 개시한다. 개시된 배관 접합용 용접링 및 이를 이용한 배관용접 방법은 접합을 위하여 대응하는 2개의 배관 사이에 배치되어 배관들의 용접면과 각각 접촉되며, 용접 토치의 가열을 통해 용융되면서 배관들을 접합하는 판형 용접링을 포함하며, 상호 접합을 위한 제1배관과 제2배관 사이에 용접링을 배치하는 용접링 접촉단계와, 용접링과 제1배관 및 제2배관의 중심을 정렬하면서 제1배관 및 제2배관를 용접링에 밀착하여 용접링을 지지하는 센터링 단계와, 용접 토치를 이용하여 용접링을 가열하는 용접단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
