Smart separate collection system

The present invention relates to a smart separate collection system that can be installed in a small size in a small apartment building or a small business by having a simple structure. The smart separate collection system can accurately separate and collect recyclable waste by each kind by being applied with visual image analysis of an artificial neural network in case of the recyclable waste of a product formed of two or more materials or having a small size. The smart separate collection system includes: a conveyor transferring the recyclable waste before the separation; multiple recycling bins which are installed in a divided shape in the periphery of a front end of the conveyor and can collect the recyclable waste by each kind; a waste separation module installed between the recycling bins and the front end of the conveyor and dropping the recyclable bin into the recycling bin to correspond to the kind of the recyclable bin after receiving the recyclable bin from the conveyor; a camera generating an image by photographing the recyclable bin transferred from the front end of the conveyor; and a controller. The controller includes: a prediction unit predicting the kind of the recyclable waste by analyzing the image generated by the camera; and a control unit controlling the waste separation module to drop the recyclable waste into the recycling bin according to the kind of the waste predicted by the prediction unit. 본 발명은 스마트 분리수거 시스템에 관한 것으로, 간소화된 구성에 의해 작은 규모의 공동주택이나 업소에서도 소규모로 설치가 가능하며 작은 크기이거나 두 가지 이상의 소재로 만들어진 제품의 재활용쓰레기인 경우에도 인공 신경망의 시각 이미지 분석을 적용하여 종류별로 정확하게 분리하여 수거할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 분리 전 재활용쓰레기를 이송하는 컨베이어; 상기 컨베이어의 선단부 인근에 구분된 형태로 구비되어 재활용쓰레기를 종류별로 수거할 수 있도록 한 복수의 분리수거함; 상기 컨베이어의 선단부와 복수의 분리수거함 사이에 설치되어 상기 컨베이어로부터 재활용쓰레기를 넘겨받은 후 재활용쓰레기 종류에 맞게 해당 분리수거함에 낙하시켜주는 쓰레기 분리모듈; 상기 컨베이어의 선단부에서 이송되는 재활용쓰레기를 촬영하여 이미지를 생성하는 카메라; 및 상기 카메라에서 생성된 이미지를 분석하여 재활용쓰레기의 종류를 예측하는 예측부와 상기 예측부에서 예측한 쓰레기 종류에 따라 해당 분리수거함으로 낙하하도록 상기 쓰레기 분리모듈을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 제어기;를 포함하는 것을 그 기술적 구성상의 특징으로 한다.
