Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to sialyl oligosaccharides that increase the stem cell ability of stem cells and uses thereof, and provides a composition for increasing the stem cell ability of the stem cells, a method for culturing the stem cells in a medium containing the sialyl oligosaccharides, a method for increasing the stem cell ability of the stem cells, the stem cells with increased stem cell ability obtained through the method, a composition for cell therapy containing the stem cells as an active ingredient and the like. According to the composition or method according to one aspect, the aging of the stem cells can be suppressed, and the stem cell ability can be maintained and increased. 본 출원은 줄기세포의 줄기세포능을 증대시키는 시알릴올리고당 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 줄기세포의 줄기세포능을 증대시키기 위한 조성물, 시알릴올리고당을 포함하는 배지에서 줄기세포를 배양하는 방법, 줄기세포의 줄기세포능을 증대시키는 방법, 상기 방법을 통해 수득한 줄기세포능이 증대된 줄기세포, 및 상기 줄기세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포 치료용 조성물 등을 제공한다. 일 양상에 따른 조성물 또는 방법에 의하면, 줄기세포의 노화 억제되고, 줄기세포능을 유지하고 증대시킬 수 있다.
