Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a membrane modified with an amino acid functional group and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a membrane and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the membrane includes polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) modified with an amino acid functional group, thereby providing excellent chemical resistance, mechanical strength, protein permeability and fouling resistance, and being applicable to bacterial filtration. 본 발명은 아미노산 작용기가 개질된 멤브레인 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아미노산 작용기가 개질된 폴리플루오르화비닐리덴(PVDF)을 포함하여 내화학성, 기계적 강도, 단백질 투과량 및 내오염성이 우수하며, 박테리아 여과에 적용 가능한 멤브레인 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
