The composition of the present invention exhibits high stability by maintaining high titer for a long period of time even after going through the process of manufacturing a microstructure. 본 발명은 보툴리눔 독소(Botulinum Toxin), 폴리비닐알콜 및 트레할로오스를 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 마이크로구조체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 마이크로구조체로 제조되는 공정을 거치더라도 장기간 높은 역가를 유지시킴으로써 높은 안정성을 나타낸다.
