Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for controlling thrips using symbiotic bacteria. The present invention provides a new symbiotic bacteria strain isolated from thrips living in Korea, and provides a more effective method for controlling thrips by using the same. In the present invention, disclosed is that the symbiotic bacteria isolated from thrips are in a symbiotic relationship that is essential for the survival of the thrip. The method of controlling thrips of the present invention comprises a step of treating an agent that is susceptible to the symbiotic bacteria of genus Pantoea in thrips. The method of controlling thrips of the present invention may be utilized as a new effective control method for thrips that are resistant to existing control methods.
본 발명은 공생세균을 이용한 총채벌레의 방제방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 국내에 서식하는 총채벌레들로부터 분리 동정한 새로운 공생균주를 제공하고, 이들을 이용하여 보다 효과적인 총채벌레의 방제방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에서는 총채벌레로부터 분리 동정한 공생세균이 총채벌레들의 생존에 필수적인 공생관계에 있음을 밝힌다. 본 발명의 총채벌레 방제방법은, 총채벌레의 판토에아 속 공생세균에 감수성인 약제를 처리하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 총채벌레 방제방법은, 기존 방제방법에 내성을 나타내는 총채벌레에 대해서도 효과적인 새로운 방제방법으로 이용될 수 있다. |
