Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, a junction temperature estimation device comprises: a power loss calculation unit that receives a voltage and a current of a switching element to calculate power loss; and a junction temperature calculation unit that calculates a junction temperature from the calculated power loss. The junction temperature calculation unit transmits the calculated junction temperature to the power loss calculation unit as a feedback junction temperature. The power loss calculation unit calculates current power loss by using the feedback junction temperature. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 정션온도 추정장치는 스위칭 소자의 전압 및 전류를 입력받아 전력손실을 산출하는 전력손실 산출부, 및 상기 산출한 전력손실로부터 정션온도를 산출하는 정션온도 산출부를 포함하고, 상기 정션온도 산출부는, 상기 산출한 정션온도를 피드백 정션온도로 상기 전력손실 산출부에 송신하고, 상기 전력손실 산출부는, 상기 피드백 정션온도를 이용하여 현재 전력손실을 산출한다.
