A device for separating panel and a method of separating a panel from a carrier jig after bonding a plurality of panels using the carrier jig

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a panel separation device includes: a carrier jig in which a first panel, a second panel, and a bonding panel are mounted on one side, wherein a film adheres to the first and second panel, and a substrate is bonded to a bonding panel, and which includes an adhesive chuck and a plurality of through holes which adhere to the film in a state in which an adhesive panel is seated; and a plurality of lifting pins which each protrudes from one of the through holes so that the bonded panel and the carrier jig are separated while the film adheres to the first panel, and presses the substrate positioned outside the outline of the first panel in a direction away from the carrier jig. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 패널 분리 장치는, 일면 상에 필름이 점착되는 제1 패널, 제2 패널 그리고 기판이 합착된 합착 패널이 안착되고, 상기 합착 패널이 안착된 상태에서 상기 필름에 점착되는 점착척과 복수의 관통홀을 포함하는 캐리어 지그 및 상기 필름이 상기 제1 패널에 점착된 상태로 상기 합착 패널과 상기 캐리어 지그가 분리되도록, 각각 어느 하나의 상기 관통홀에서 돌출되어, 상기 제1 패널의 아웃라인에 대하여 외측에 위치된 상기 기판을 상기 캐리어 지그에서 이격시키는 방향으로 가압하는, 복수의 리프팅핀을 포함한다.
