Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a gyroscope top box that can remain horizontal even while moving, and more specifically to the top box, comprising: a first frame part formed in a semicircular shape; a rail part formed along the bottom of the first frame part; a second frame part coupled to a lower part of the first frame part; and a main body part coupled to the lower part of the first frame part. Even if a two-wheeled vehicle, which is a delivery means, is tilted from the ground, a first moving part moves along the rail part as much as the tilt of the two-wheeled vehicle and the ground, so that the main body part can be maintained horizontal from the ground. 본 발명은 이동 중에도 수평을 유지할 수 있는 자이로스코프 탑박스에 관한 발명으로, 보다 상세하게는 반원 형상으로 형성되는 제1 프레임부, 제1 프레임부의 하단을 따라 형성되는 레일부, 제1 프레임부의 하부에 결합되는 제2 프레임부 및 제1 프레임부의 하부에 결합되는 본체부를 포함하고, 배달수단인 이륜차가 지면으로부터 기울어져도 이륜차와 지면의 기울기만큼 제1 이동부가 레일부를 따라 이동하여 지면으로부터 본체부의 수평을 유지할 수 있는 탑박스에 대한 발명이다.
