The present invention has excellent STAT3 inhibitory activity to exhibit an excellent inhibitory effect than known compounds currently in phase 3 clinical trials, thereby being able to be used as a treatment for STAT3-related diseases. 본 발명은 신규 트리사이클릭 유도체 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 우수한 STAT3 저해 활성을 갖는 것으로, 현재 임상 3상 진행중인 공지 화합물보다 우수한 억제효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되어, STAT3 관련 질환의 치료제로 사용될 수 있다.
