Torch head for gas welding

Provided is a torch head for gas welding, which may prevent poor welding. The torch head for gas welding comprises: a diffuser that is coupled to a torch body; a welding tip that is disposed on the front end of the diffuser and discharges a wire outward, and in which an arc is generated; an insulator that is disposed at the outside of the diffuser; and a nozzle that guides the discharge of protection gas in a state of being connected to the insulator to cover the welding tip. In addition, the torch head for gas welding comprises: a gas diffusion guidance unit that is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the welding tip and has an area in which the outer diameter of the welding tip increases based on the discharge direction of the protection gas; and a protection gas concentration guidance unit which is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the nozzle, is disposed at the front more than the gas diffusion guidance unit based on the discharge direction of the protection gas, and guides some protection gas of the protection gas discharged through the nozzle to flow in a direction of a welding portion. 본 발명은, 토치 본체에 결합되는 디퓨져, 디퓨져의 선단에 배치된 상태로 와이어를 외부로 배출시키면서 아크가 발생되는 용접팁, 디퓨져 외측에 배치된 인슐레이터, 용접팁을 감싸도록 인슐레이터에 연결된 상태로 보호가스의 배출을 가이드하는 노즐을 포함하는 가스 용접용 토치 헤드에 있어서, 용접팁의 외주면에 구비되며, 보호가스의 배출방향을 기준으로 용접팁의 외경이 증대되는 영역을 가지는 가스퍼짐 가이드부, 노즐의 내주면에 구비되며, 보호가스의 배출방향을 기준으로 가스퍼짐 가이드부보다 전방에 배치되어, 노즐을 통해 배출되는 보호가스 중 일부의 보호가스가 용접부위 방향을 향하는 유동 흐름으로 유도되게 가이드하는 보호가스 집중가이드부를 포함하는 가스 용접용 토치 헤드를 제공한다.
