Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a load balancing system for a vehicle and a method thereof. In addition, according to the present invention, the method includes: a check step in which a processor checks whether power consumption of a new load exceeds allowable power by adding power consumption of the operating loads belonging to an operating load row to the power consumption of the new load, when a control command of the new load is input; a balancing step in which load balancing is performed to select the operating load with lower priority than the new load among the operating loads by using load parameters when the allowable power is exceeded, and to add the selected operating load to a standby load row so as to perform conversion into a standby load; and an operation step in which the new load is added to the operating load row so as to operate as an operating load. Motor loads can be controlled stably within the allowable power of an inertial measurement unit (IMU), such that IMU damage or fire occurrence can be prevented. 본 발명은 차량용 로드 밸런싱 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 프로세서가, 신규 부하의 제어 명령이 입력되면 동작 부하열에 속한 동작 부하들의 소비 전력에 신규 부하의 소비 전력을 합하여 허용 전력을 초과하는지 확인하는 확인 단계와, 허용 전력의 초과 시 부하 파라미터를 이용하여 동작 부하들 중에서 신규 부하보다 우선순위가 낮은 동작 부하를 선별하고 선별된 동작 부하를 대기 부하열에 추가하여 대기 부하로 전환하는 로드 밸런싱을 수행하는 밸런싱 단계와, 동작 부하열에 신규 부하를 추가하여 동작 부하로서 동작하도록 하는 동작 단계를 구비함으로써, IMU의 허용 전력 내에서 안정적으로 전동기 부하들을 제어하여 IMU 손상이나 화재 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
