Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a device and a method for constructing a standard feature spectroscopic library for identification of stream water currents using a hyperspectral image capable of efficiently constructing a standard feature library of stream water currents to detect current by using a current spectroscopic library of stream water. The device comprises: a pre-filtering spectroscopic feature extracting unit; a post-filtering spectroscopic feature extracting unit; a cell number calculating unit; a spectroscopic library constructing unit; and a current standard feature spectroscopic library constructing unit. The pre-filtering spectroscopic feature extracting unit obtains a spectroscopic spectrum by photographing stream water before filtration through a hyperspectral sensor. The post-filtering spectroscopic feature extracting unit obtains a spectroscopic spectrum by photographing stream water after filtration through the hyperspectral sensor. The cell number calculating unit calculates the number of cells through current examination. The spectroscopic library constructing unit determines a normalized spectroscopic spectrum as a spectroscopic spectrum of the current in the stream water by removing the spectroscopic spectrum before the filtration and the spectroscopic spectrum after the filtration. The current standard feature spectroscopic library constructing unit determines the standard feature spectroscopic library of the currents in stream water by comparing a constructed culture current spectroscopic library, a newly photographed current spectroscopic spectrum in the stream water, and a cell number calculating result through the current examination. 본 발명은 하천의 조류 분광라이브러리를 이용하여 조류를 탐지하기 위한 하천 조류 표준 특성 라이브러리를 효율적으로 구축할 수 있도록 한 초분광 영상을 활용한 하천수 조류 식별을 위한 표준 특성 분광라이브러리 구축을 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 여과 전의 하천수를 초분광센서를 통해 촬영하여 분광스펙트럼을 획득하는 여과 전 분광특성 추출부;여과 후의 하천수를 초분광센서를 통해 촬영하여 분광스펙트럼을 획득하는 여과 후 분광특성 추출부;조류검경을 통한 세포수 산정을 하는 세포수 산정부;정규화된 분광 스펙트럼을 여과전 분광 스펙트럼과 여과 후 분광 스펙트럼을 빼주어 하천수 내 조류의 분광 스펙트럼으로 확정하는 분광 라이브러리 구축부;구축된 배양조류 분광라이브러리와 신규 촬영된 하천수 내 조류 분광 스펙트럼과 조류검경을 통한 세포수 산정 결과를 비교하여 하천수 내 조류의 표준 특성 분광라이브러리를 확정하는 조류 표준특성 분광라이브러리 구축부;를 포함하는 것이다.
