Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an elastic oval-shaped freeze prevention pipe and the freeze prevention pipe. To explain in more detail, the freeze prevention pipe installed in a heavy and chemical industrial facility, a power plant, a steel mill, a ship, and a water pipe is made of an elastic material and has an oval shape. Therefore, a volume of the freeze prevention pipe is designed to expand within 10 to 20 % of a maximum volume expansion range in which a fluid flowing at the interior freezes and expands. As a result, when the fluid freezes, a volume of the freeze prevention pipe expands, preventing freeze and burst. Additionally, the fluid is thawed from a frozen status. An objective of the present invention is to shorten a maintenance period and a cost.
본 발명은 신축성을 갖는 타원형 형상의 동파방지관 제조방법 및 동파방지관에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히 설명하면 중화학공업시설, 발전소, 제절소, 선박, 수도관을 포함하여 설치되는 동파방지관은 신축성 재질에 타원형 형상으로 형성되어 내부에 흐르는 유체가 얼어 부피가 팽창하는 최대 부피 팽창 범위보다 10 ~ 20% 범위 내에서 동파방지관의 부피가 팽창하도록 설계하여 유체가 얼으면 동파방지관의 부피가 팽창하여 동파되는 것을 방지하고, 얼은 상태에서 유체를 해동하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
