The oral nafamostat delivery nanoparticle complex can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating coronavirus infection. 기존의 나파모스타트가 치료제로서 사용되지 못한 문제점을 개선한, 반감기가 증가된 경구전달이 가능한 경구용 나파모스타트 전달 나노입자 복합체 및 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 경구용 나파모스타트 전달 나노입자 복합체는 코로나바이러스 감염증 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 이용될 수 있다.
