Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a gap adjusting member and a fixing apparatus having the same, wherein the gap adjusting member may include a magnetic unit which is attached to a bracket installed on a wall and has a through hole, a screw beam which is inserted into the through hole and disposed, and an adjusting unit which is connected to the screw beam and a display device and moves along the screw beam to adjust the gap between the wall and the display device. According to the present invention, the gap between the wall and the display device can be adjusted simply and precisely, the installation position of the display device can be easily modified, and the display device can be fixed stably. 본 발명은 간격조절부재 및 이를 포함하는 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 벽면에 설치되는 브라켓에 부착되고 관통홀이 형성된 자력유닛과, 상기 관통홀 삽입되며 배치되는 스크류빔 및, 상기 스크류빔과 표시장치에 연결되고 상기 스크류빔을 따라 이동하며 벽면과 표시장치간의 간격을 조절하는 조절유닛을 포함하여 구성될 수 있으며, 본 발명에 따르면, 벽면과 표시장치간의 간격을 간단하고 정밀하게 조절할 수 있고, 표시장치의 설치 위치를 간편하게 수정할 수 있으며, 또한 표시장치를 안정적으로 고정할 수 있다.
