Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an injector capable of adjusting spray angle and spray flow. The injector capable of adjusting spray angle and spray flow comprises: a valve seat part (200) installed in an injector housing (100); a blocking ring part (300) coupled to be lifted and lowered on the valve seat part (200); and a hole plate part (400) fixed on the lower side of the valve seat part (200), and provided with a plurality of outer injection holes and a plurality of inner injection holes with different spray angles based on a boundary formed by a groove part (440) in which the lower end of the block ring part (300) is accommodated. When the block ring part (300) descends to be accommodated in the groove part (440), injection is carried out only through the inner injection holes while the flow path to the outer injection holes is blocked. When the blocking ring part (300) ascends to be separated from the groove part (440), fuel sprayed through the inner injection holes and the outer injection holes collide to be sprayed as fine particles while injection is carried out through all of the plurality of injection holes. The flow change caused by changing the number of holes is also controlled to increase low-flow linearity in a low-speed/low-load section immediately after starting to have the advantage of expanding recently reinforced injector use areas. 본 발명은 분무각과 분무유량조절이 가능한 인젝터에 관한 것으로서, 분무각과 분무유량조절이 가능한 인젝터에 있어서, 인젝터 하우징(100) 내부에 설치되는 밸브시트부(200); 상기 밸브시트부(200)에서 승하강 가능하게 결합되는 블록링부(300); 상기 밸브시트부(200)의 하측에 고정된 채 상기 블록링부(300)의 하단이 수용되는 요홈부(440)를 경계로 분무각이 서로 다른 내부분사홀 및 외부분사홀이 각각 복수 개 마련된 홀플레이트부(400); 를 포함하되, 상기 블록링부(300)이 하강하여 상기 요홈부(440)에 수용될 때 상기 외부분사홀과의 유로가 차단되면서 상기 내부분사홀로만 분사되고, 상기 블록링부(300)이 상승하여 상기 요홈부(440)에서 이격될 때 상기 복수 개의 분사홀 전체로 분사되면서 상기 내부분사홀 및 상기 외부분사홀로 분무되는 연료가 충돌하여 미립화 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무각과 분무유량조절이 가능한 인젝터를 제공하여, 홀수 가변에 따른 유량변동도 같이 제어하여 시동직후, 저속/저부하 구간에서는 소유량 선형성을 증대시켜 최근의 강화되는 인젝터 사용영역을 확장 가능한 이점이 있다.
