Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a high-speed sampling device, and more particularly, to a high-speed sampling device for a periodically repeated signal using a single analog-to-digital converter, which comprises the steps of: extracting a pseudo noise code of k periods; sampling the pseudo noise code of the k periods at a second sample interval (Ts); and rearranging the sampled pseudo noise code to convert the same into a pseudo noise code in which a sample interval is a first sample interval (Tc). The second sample interval of the pseudo noise code of the k-period is set smaller than a period (T) of a signal, and is set as shown in equation 2, Ts = k*Tc = k *(1/fc).
