Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments relate to a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device comprises: a substrate which includes a light emitting area and an auxiliary electrode contact part; an auxiliary electrode which is disposed in the auxiliary electrode contact part and is formed with an electrode hole; a transparent conductive layer which covers the auxiliary electrode, and has a groove formed in an upper part of the electrode hole; a bank which exposes the periphery of the groove of the transparent conductive layer, and covers the remaining area; an organic layer which is formed on the bank and the exposed transparent conductive layer; and a cathode electrode which is formed on the organic layer. 실시 예들은, 발광 영역과 보조 전극 컨택부를 포함하는 기판, 상기 보조 전극 컨택부에 배치되고, 전극홀이 형성된 보조 전극, 상기 보조 전극을 커버하고, 상기 전극홀의 상부에서 홈부가 형성된 투명 도전층, 상기 투명 도전층의 상기 홈부 주변을 노출하고, 나머지 영역을 커버하는 뱅크, 상기 뱅크 및 상기 노출된 투명 도전층 상에 형성되는 유기층 및 상기 유기층 상에 형성되는 캐소드 전극을 포함하는 표시 장치 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
