The present invention provides a device for processing a substrate. The device for processing a substrate includes: a housing having a processing space for processing the substrate; a support unit supporting the substrate in the processing space; a plasma source generating plasma by exciting the processing gas supplied into the processing space; and a temperature control unit controlling the temperature of the substrate. The support unit includes a lift pin assembly which raises and lowers the substrate supported on the support unit.
